ARGI Data Plaform

The ARGI Data Platform is an integrated view of more than 70,000 public and private companies, and their audit relationships. The primary interface consolidates more than 40 years of research on auditor changes, initial public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, audit fees, and other information.

Auditor Changes Beginning in 1991, ARGI's Auditor Change product includes more than 27,000 auditor changes. Data points include full client company information at the time of change, incoming and outgoing audit firm, general reason for the change, and more.

Initial Public Offerings Beginning in 1994, ARGI's IPO product includes more than 12,000 IPOs. Data points include full client company information at the time of IPO, offering details, and engaged audit firm.

Mergers & Acqusitions Beginning in 1997, ARGI's M&A product includes more than 10,000 events. This product includes full information on the aquiror, acquiree and surviving companies, and the ultimate impact on the audit relationships.

Audit Fees Beginning in 2001, ARGI's Audit Fees product nearly 200,000 audit fees disclosures based on DEF-14A proxy statements, 10-Ks, and 20-F/40-F (international SEC filers). Each disclosure is at a minimum broken down by audit, audit-related, tax, and other fees catgories, and often includes sub-breakouts and service descriptions.
